13 Foods You Should Buy ORGANIC

Lets face it, nowadays everything is organic. I once came across an organic toothpaste (no joke).
Going organic is a wonderful way to stay healthy, but it is more expensive. So here is a definitive list as to which foods you really should buy organic.
1. Beef - It’s important to avoid the unnecessary hormones and massive doses of antibiotics that cattle are given.
2. Strawberries - their tiny bumps make residues hard to wash off, which is important since 13 pesticides have been detected on this particular fruit!
3. Blueberries - they are treated with multiple pesticides and are eaten with the skins on. Also for the same reasons: fruits 4-6.

7. Popcorn- the lining of the bag- the greasy part - may contain a toxic chemical linked to cancer.
8. Milk- “Dairy products account for a reported 60 to 70 percent of the estrogens we consume through our food” and that’s kind of scary. All this estrogen can lead breast cancer among others. In fact, the hormone that we use in cows (rBGH) is banned in Europe and Canada. So do your body good and buy organic milk!
9. Celery- This is the most contaminated fruit or vegetable of all! Because they are so porous, they hold on to the most pesticides.
10. Bell Peppers- this for the same reason as the celery. Foods 11 and 12 also scored high for pesticides.

13. Tomato Sauce - be sure to get the sauce in a glass jar. The food cans are a no-no. They can contain BPA which can leach into the food (yuck) and can make you ill.
